Is he/she an adventurer who got lost and been out of water for a few days? Has she/he get drenched by the rain on the way home and is unhappy about it or super stoked (because rain is AWESOME).
So... show us some stuff! If one part has a story to it I sure hope the continuity extends to the rest of the drawing. Most important thing is that it makes sense! As soon as it doesn't the viewer starts to question the drawing rather than taking in the information you're trying to convey.
